How to reserve a deal

What's our process?

Our Process: Welcome

  • Once you are on our mailing list, you will receive regular emails detailing our latest Investment deals

  • If you want to reserve the deal, follow the steps in the email

  • Text the number on email 

  • We will call you to discuss and run through figures

  • If you want to proceed, we send over our T&C's and an Invoice for the finders fee

  • After we have received this signed and paid, we then provide you with full properties details through our extensive Due Diligence pack

  • The Selling agent is then instructed with your details, we take a step back so you can deal directly with the agent

  • We will remain on hand to help with any issues that may arise through to completion
